What actually arrives.
This is the part almost no spa home service in Dubai bothers to explain, so here is exactly what we bring.
A professional massage table. Height-adjustable, properly padded, with a face cradle — not a folding camping table. It carries in flat and takes about ninety seconds to open.
Fresh linen, sealed. We bring a clean set for every single session, carried in a sealed bag and opened in front of you. Sheets, face-cradle cover and towels.
Oils and balms. We carry a working selection rather than one bottle — lighter oils for Swedish work, heavier balms for deep tissue, and hypoallergenic options if your skin is reactive. Tell us in advance and your therapist brings the right one.
Heated basalt stones for hot stone sessions, carried in an insulated warmer so they arrive at temperature rather than being heated in your kitchen.
A floor mat and bolsters for Thai work, which is done on the floor and fully clothed, and side-lying supports for prenatal sessions or anyone who cannot lie face-down comfortably.
Music, or none. A quiet playlist on a portable speaker. Silence is equally fine — say so at the start and your therapist will work without it.
You provide about two metres of clear floor space. We bring everything else.
How a living room becomes a treatment room
The setup is short but it is deliberate. Your therapist picks the spot with the most space and the least foot traffic — usually a bedroom or a cleared corner of a living room. The table goes up, gets levelled, and is made with the fresh linen.
Then the room itself. Overhead lights go off wherever possible, because harsh ceiling light is the single thing most likely to keep you from relaxing. A side lamp is better. Curtains closed, phone face down.
Before anything starts, your therapist asks three things: what you want worked on, what to avoid, and how much pressure you actually want. That conversation takes a minute and it is the difference between a decent session and the right one.

Female clients are matched with a female therapist automatically (ladies massage), and male clients with a male therapist.

AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 550 for 90, AED 680 for 120. Couples sessions with two therapists are AED 800 for 60 minutes, AED 1,000 for 90 and AED 1,200 for 120.
All prices exclude VAT. UAE VAT is 5%, so a 60-minute session is AED 420 in total. Worth knowing when you compare us against a hotel spa menu, which may be quoting inclusive figures.

We confirm with a name and a window
Within minutes. You get the therapist's name, their specialty, the price, and a real arrival window rather than an estimate.
Setup, then the session
Three minutes to set the table and the room, a minute to agree pressure and problem areas, then the full hour you booked. Pack-down takes another two.

Common questions about spa home service in Dubai.
Do I need to provide anything?
About two metres of clear floor space. Everything else arrives with the therapist — table, linen, oils, stones, speaker. You do not need towels, a mat, or anything else.
How long does the setup take?
Around three minutes at the start and a couple of minutes at the end. It is not part of your treatment time — a 60-minute booking is 60 minutes of massage.
Will a massage table fit in my apartment?
Almost always. A standard table needs roughly two metres by one, with room to walk around it. Marina and JBR apartments handle it fine. A couples session needs about four metres, which means a living room rather than a bedroom.
Is a home spa service as good as a real spa?
For the treatment itself, often better — you are not tensing up in an unfamiliar room and you do not have to drive home afterwards. For facilities, no. There is no steam room in your apartment. It depends which of the two you are paying for.
Do you do nails, hair or facials at home?
No. We are a massage service only. Some Dubai home spa providers bundle salon treatments; we do one thing.
Can I book two therapists for a couples session?
Yes. AED 800 for 60 minutes with two therapists, AED 1,000 for 90 and AED 1,200 for 120. Weekend evenings are worth booking a few hours ahead because it depends on two people being free at the same time.
Can I choose the music, or have none?
Either. Tell your therapist at the start or hand them your own playlist. If you would rather have silence, say so — that is a normal request, not an awkward one.
What time can I book?
Any. We are open 24 hours with no late-night surcharge — a 3am session costs what a 3pm session costs.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Tell us when you book and your therapist brings hypoallergenic oil. If you are pregnant, mention the trimester so the right oils and bolster setup come with them.
Do your prices include VAT?
No — the quoted rates are before VAT. UAE VAT is 5%, so a 60-minute session at AED 400 comes to AED 420, and a 60-minute couples session at AED 800 comes to AED 840.
