What we provide
Massage Dubai Marina is a mobile therapeutic massage service. A qualified therapist travels to your residence, hotel suite, serviced apartment or yacht berth and performs the treatment you booked, bringing their own table, fresh linen, towels and oils.
This is a therapeutic service only
We provide the treatments published on this website and nothing else. Any request outside our treatment menu ends the booking immediately and the full session fee becomes payable. Our therapists are protected by this policy and so are you.
Booking and confirmation
- Bookings are made over WhatsApp and are confirmed when we reply with the therapist’s name, the arrival time and the price.
- An estimate given by the price builder on this site is an estimate. The confirmed price is the one we send you in chat.
- We take no deposit and store no card details.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of the session, by cash, card or bank transfer. Prices include therapist travel within Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront and Palm Jumeirah. Travel supplements for other areas and late-night sessions are confirmed in chat before the therapist sets off.
Your responsibilities
- Provide roughly two square metres of clear floor and a room that can be kept warm.
- Tell us about injuries, medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy when you book, not when the therapist arrives.
- Be present and able to give consent. We do not treat anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian present.
- Treat the therapist with respect. Therapists may end a session at any time if they feel unsafe, and the full fee remains payable.
Health and safety
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. If you are in acute pain, recovering from surgery, or being treated for a medical condition, speak to your doctor before booking. We may decline a booking where a treatment would not be safe, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Our therapists are insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, for reactions to information you did not disclose, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your booking.
