DUBAI MARINA · REFLEXOLOGY & FOOT MASSAGE AT HOME

Foot massage in Dubai, at your home, for a full hour.

An hour of foot and lower-leg work, done at your address in Dubai rather than in a shop. Reflexology or plain foot massage, whichever you ask for. A therapist reaches you in 20 to 30 minutes with everything the session needs, and sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

HOW THE PRICE WORKS

The hour is the product. Your feet are where you spend it.

Every treatment we run costs the same: AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 550 for 90 and AED 680 for 120, excluding 5% VAT — AED 420, AED 577.50 and AED 714 with it. Nothing on that list is priced by body part. An hour spent entirely on your feet and lower legs costs what an hour on the whole body costs.

So the hour is yours to spend. Forty minutes on the feet and twenty on the neck and shoulders costs the same again, with no add-on price. Tell the therapist how you want the time used, at the start or halfway through.

A menu priced per treatment cannot work that way. If a foot session and a body session carry separate prices, asking for both inside one hour has to be charged as both, refused, or sold as a package. Ours is priced on the therapist’s hour and the travel to reach you, so the flexibility costs us nothing.

Foot massage in Dubai is mostly sold in thirty-minute units. We have no thirty-minute session, and we come to you. If you want twenty minutes in a chair while you shop, we are not the right service.

WHO BOOKS IT

Who this suits, and what their feet feel like.

Situations, not conditions. If your feet need a doctor rather than an hour of massage, that is further down this page.

  • Long days standing

Hospitality, retail, teaching, site work. A long shift on a hard floor, and your feet feel thick and hot by the end of it.

  • A lot of walking

Sightseeing, a conference, a job that moves around the city. Feet that have covered a full day feel bruised across the ball rather than sore in one spot.

  • Shoes that punish your feet

Heels, stiff work boots, anything narrow across the toes. The complaint is the ball of the foot and the toes, not tired arches.

  • After a long flight

Feet tight inside the shoe and heavy on the stairs. A late landing is one of the most common bookings we take.

  • After running or a heavy training week

Calves, Achilles and the underside of the foot take the mileage. If the tightness follows your training rather than your job, sports massage is the better booking.

  • Feet you can still feel with your feet up

You finished hours ago and they have not gone quiet.

SESSION LENGTH & PRICE

60, 90 or 120 — which one, and why.

60 minutes. Both feet and both lower legs, unhurried, and nothing else. Book it if your feet are the whole reason you are booking.

90 minutes. This is the one to book. Roughly an hour on the feet and lower legs, then half an hour on the back, neck and shoulders — at no extra cost, because the price is per hour and not per treatment. People who stand all day usually want exactly this.

120 minutes. Deeper and slower, with time to go back over the areas that needed it and room for a second area as well.

Same three prices, whichever row you pick — that is the point. All prices exclude 5% VAT: AED 420, AED 577.50 and AED 714 with it. Travel, the therapist's kit, fresh linen and oils are included. WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

From the message to the door, and what the hour looks like.

01

Arrival

The therapist leaves once the booking is confirmed and reaches you in 20 to 30 minutes. You get their name before they travel.

02

What comes in

A professional massage table, sealed fresh linen and towels, and oils. You provide nothing — no basin, no towels, no oils.

03

Setup

About three minutes, and it is not charged against your hour. The hour starts when the work starts. Pack-down is ours.

04

Where you sit

Your own sofa, an armchair, or propped up on the bed. Feet raised and supported, a towel underneath. Shoes and socks off, trousers rolled back to the knee. Nothing else comes off.

05

The session

A short conversation about what you are on your feet for and where they actually hurt. Then one foot at a time, and the lower legs from the ankle up.

06

The close

Everything the therapist brought leaves with them. Payment at the end, never before — cash, card on a portable terminal, or bank transfer. No deposit.

YOUR THERAPIST

Ask for Nene if foot work is what you are booking.

Nene’s profile on this site lists reflexology and ten years of experience, and she speaks English and Thai. Every therapist we send is registered with the Dubai Health Authority and background-checked — ask on WhatsApp and we will send the credentials for the therapist assigned to your booking, before you book rather than after.

Same-gender matching is standard and automatic: female clients with a female therapist, male clients with a male therapist, confirmed before anyone travels. If you would prefer a therapist of the other gender, ask when you book. The six therapists profiled on our massage therapist in Dubai page are women; the male therapists who cover male bookings are not profiled yet, and their credentials are sent on WhatsApp the same way.

TECHNIQUE

How the work is actually done.

  • Thumb-walking

The therapist holds the foot in both hands and walks the thumb along the sole in small overlapping steps, heel to the base of the toes, then back down the next line. The other hand supports the top of the foot and takes the counter-pressure.

  • Sustained point pressure

The thumb stops on one point, presses in, holds a few seconds, lifts, then moves to the next. It feels different from a gliding stroke: deeper, and more local.

  • Knuckling the arch

A loose fist, with the flat of the middle knuckles run along the inside edge. It spreads the weight wider than a thumb can. The heel takes more pressure than the rest of the foot, because the skin and pad there are thicker.

  • Toe traction

Each toe is taken on its own: held at the base, rotated once or twice, then drawn out in slow traction and let go.

  • Ankle mobilisation and wringing

The therapist cups the heel, holds the lower leg still and turns the foot through its range. Then both hands wrap the midfoot and twist gently in opposite directions, like wringing a cloth.

  • Calf, shin and Achilles

Long strokes run ankle to knee in one direction, not back and forth. The Achilles is worked between finger and thumb along its length, and the muscle either side of it. Pressure is firm and never sharp — say so and it changes.

What gets worked

The session moves through the foot in a set order: the sole; the arch, along the inside edge; the ball of the foot and the pad under the toes; the heel; the instep — the top of the foot, between the ankle and the toes — worked lightly, because there is very little between skin and bone there; the toes, one at a time; the ankle; the Achilles; and the calf and shin above it.

The work stops just below the knee. Nothing above the knee is worked, so you stay dressed.

If you are ticklish, say so at the start. Ticklishness is a pressure problem rather than a personality one — light, hesitant contact tickles, firm and continuous contact usually does not. The therapist goes firmer rather than lighter, and it settles in the first minute.

Both feet get the same time, and the last stretch of the hour goes to the calves and the shins. Ask for more of the hour on the lower legs and the split changes.

Reflexology, honestly

Reflexology is a traditional framework. Within it, areas of the foot are associated with other parts of the body, and the foot is worked section by section according to that map.

That is a description of a tradition, not a claim about your body. We are a massage service. We work to the map because it is a good structure for an hour: the therapist covers the whole foot in order and misses nothing, instead of drifting to whatever felt tight first. We make no medical claims for it, and you will not hear one from us.

Foot massage or foot reflexology? The words get used interchangeably. A foot massage works the muscles and soft tissue of the foot and lower leg for how they feel — more oil, more gliding, more time on the calf and shin. Foot reflexology in Dubai is sold under both names, and what we mean by it is the traditional point map: more static pressure, held on one spot at a time, and more of the hour on the foot itself.

Most sessions blend the two, and that is what you get if you say nothing. Ask for one or the other and you get it. For the same work inside a wider tradition, Thai massage in Dubai Marina works the legs and feet with palms and thumbs, clothed, on a mat.

When we will not work on your feet, and when to see a doctor first.

HONEST LIMITS

This is policy, not medical advice, and it is worth knowing before you book.

We do not work over broken skin. That covers an active skin infection, an open wound, a fresh burn, an unhealed blister, or a cut that has not closed. If it is one small area the therapist works around it and leaves it alone; if it is not localised, we stop.

If you take blood thinners, or you have a clotting condition, tell us when you book and speak to your doctor first.

If diabetes affects your feet — reduced sensation, slow healing, or any current foot problem under a doctor’s care — get your doctor’s view before you book. You may not feel pressure the way we expect you to, and the whole session runs on what you tell us as it goes.

New pain, swelling, redness or heat in one leg or one foot that you have not had checked: see a doctor, not a massage therapist. That one is not a judgement call.

We do not take pregnant clients for this service.

Plainly: we are a massage service, not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, we do not treat conditions, and we do not claim to. If the honest answer is that your feet need a doctor rather than an hour of massage, we will say so and turn the booking down.

Afterwards

Drink some water. Beyond that there is nothing to do.

Some tenderness in the arch or the heel for a day is normal, particularly after a first session. It is the dull kind rather than sharp, and it settles on its own. Avoid a long walk or a gym session straight after.

Most guests describe their legs feeling lighter and their sleep better that night. That is what people report, and it is as much as we will say. There is no package to sign up for, and no schedule you are supposed to keep.

GOOD TO KNOW

Foot massage in Dubai: your questions.

How much does a foot massage cost in Dubai?

There is no separate foot price. You pay for the therapist’s time and the visit, at the same rate as any other session: AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 550 for 90 and AED 680 for 120, excluding 5% VAT — AED 420, AED 577.50 and AED 714 with it.

Do you do 30-minute foot massages?

No. Sixty minutes is the shortest session we run, at any hour and in any area. Every booking costs us the same journey and the same setup, whether the hands-on time is 30 minutes or 120.

What is the difference between a foot massage and reflexology?

A foot massage is broad work over the foot and lower leg: gliding, kneading, wringing, ankle and toe movement. Reflexology is narrower and slower — sustained thumb pressure held on one spot at a time, worked to a traditional map. Most of our hours contain both.

Is reflexology a medical treatment?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. It is a traditional practice with its own map of the foot, and we make no medical claims for it. Ask a doctor about a condition; book us for the massage.

Does it hurt?

It should feel firm and never sharp. Sustained pressure on the arch or the heel is strong, but it should stay inside what you can breathe through comfortably. Say so and it comes down.

What if I am ticklish?

Say so at the start. Broad, whole-hand pressure rather than fingertips is what stops it, and most people stop noticing within a minute or two.

How far up the leg does the work go?

Foot, ankle, Achilles, calf and shin, up to the knee, and nothing above it. The sole, arch, ball of the foot, heel, instep and toes take the bulk of the hour.

Can I have my feet done and my back as well?

Yes, inside the same hour and at no extra cost. A common split is forty minutes on the feet and lower legs and twenty on the neck, shoulders and back.

Do you come to hotels?

Yes. Apartment, villa or hotel room — same session, same price. Give us the hotel and the room number when you book.

What do I need to have ready?

Nothing. The therapist brings everything. Somewhere to sit with your feet up — a sofa, an armchair or the bed — is all the session uses.

I have diabetes — can I book?

Ask your doctor before you book, and tell us what they say. If diabetes affects your feet — reduced sensation, slow healing, or a current foot problem under a doctor’s care — we would rather you did not book until you have that view.
