How quickly can a therapist reach me?
20–30 minutes across Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront and Palm Jumeirah. The wider areas we serve take a little longer, at the same price. We give you the real arrival window when we confirm your booking, not an optimistic one.
Do I need to provide anything?
Two square metres of clear floor and a warm room. The therapist brings the table, fresh linen, towels, oils and music. Nothing needs tidying or moving in advance.
What should I wear?
For oil treatments you undress to your comfort level and stay covered by a towel throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Traditional Thai is performed fully clothed, so bring loose trousers and a t-shirt.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Tell us your preference when you book, or request a therapist by name from the therapists page. We confirm who is coming and their arrival time before they travel.
How do I pay?
At the end of the session, by cash, card or bank transfer. Nothing is charged in advance, no deposit is taken, and the price quoted on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two hours before your appointment. Inside two hours a 50% fee applies, as the therapist is already travelling to you.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
From the second trimester onward, yes — book the Aromatherapy & Sleep Ritual with a prenatal-certified therapist. It is performed side-lying with full bolster support. Hot Stone is not suitable during pregnancy.
Do you cover my building?
We cover Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront and Palm Jumeirah, and JLT, Media City, Al Sufouh, Barsha Heights, JVC, Business Bay and Downtown, all at the same price with no travel charge. Check the areas page or send us your address.
How late can I book?
We are open 24 hours, every day, including weekends and public holidays. There is no cut-off time and no late-night surcharge — a 3am session costs exactly the same as a 3pm one. Late arrivals into DXB are one of our most common bookings.
Can I request the same therapist again?
Yes, and we encourage it — continuity is most of what makes massage work. Ask for them by name and we will hold the slot if they are free.
