Chinese massage in Dubai: firm, point-focused pressure, at your door.

Chinese massage works on specific points rather than in long, flowing strokes. The therapist presses, kneads, rolls and grasps the muscle, finding the spots that hold tension in your neck, shoulders and back. We bring it to your apartment, hotel or villa in Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront or Palm Jumeirah. 60, 90 or 120 minutes, AED 400 excluding VAT.

It is massage, not medicine. We explain exactly what that means below.

What it is

What Chinese massage is, in plain words.

Traditional Chinese massage grew out of the same tradition as acupuncture. Instead of needles, it uses the hands. Our version focuses on the hands-on part: firm pressure on points along the muscles, and a handful of techniques you will feel in turn.

  • Pressing. Thumb or palm pressure held on one point until the muscle softens.
  • Kneading. Circular work with the palm or fingers over a tight area.
  • Rolling. The back of the hand rolls across a muscle, steady and fast.
  • Grasping. The muscle is lifted and squeezed, often along the tops of the shoulders.
  • Pushing. Long, firm pushes along the back with the palm or forearm.

It can be done through a light layer of clothing or with a little oil. Pressure is usually firm, and you can ask for lighter at any time.

How it differs. Swedish massage flows over the whole body. Deep tissue works slowly into deeper layers. Chinese massage is quicker and more point-by-point, and many people find it suits neck and shoulder stiffness best.

Honest limits

Massage, not medicine.

In China, massage sits inside a wider medical system that also includes acupuncture, cupping and herbs. In Dubai, those are licensed medical practices. We are a massage service, so we keep to massage.

What we do not offer. Medical Tui Na, acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha or herbal remedies. For any of these, book a clinic licensed by the Dubai Health Authority for Traditional Chinese Medicine.

No diagnosis. Our therapists find tight muscles by touch. They do not diagnose conditions or read your “energy”.

No health claims. Chinese massage eases muscle tension and stiffness. We do not claim it treats illness, boosts immunity or removes toxins.

When to see a doctor first. Pain that runs down an arm or leg, numbness, a recent injury, or pain that is getting worse.

Chinese massage price

One rate, no “50 AED” surprises.

Tell us where it hurts

On WhatsApp: the area, how long it has been tight, the time and your building.

02

She arrives in 20–30 minutes

Table, linen, towels and a light oil. Setup takes about ten minutes.

03

Points first

She presses along the neck, shoulders and back to find the tight spots, and agrees the pressure with you.

04

Work, then rest

Firm point work, then lighter strokes to finish. Some tenderness the next day is normal after firm pressure.

Who performs your massage.

Every therapist on our team is trained in Chinese acupressure-style massage. These four are the ones clients ask for when they want firm, point-focused work. All are DHA-registered, licence-checked and insured, and you can ask for anyone by name.

Good to know

Before you book.

  • Pressure

Firm is normal. Say lighter at any time; strong is fine, sharp is not.

  • What to wear

Thin loose clothing, or undress to your comfort level under a towel.

  • Pregnancy

Book prenatal massage instead. Point pressure is not used in pregnancy.

  • Blood thinners

Tell us. Firm pressure can bruise, so we keep it lighter.

  • Recent injury

A new sprain, fall or swelling needs a doctor first.

  • Timing

Leave an hour after a big meal.

Good to know

Chinese massage Dubai: your questions.

What is Chinese massage?

A firm, point-focused massage that uses pressing, kneading, rolling, grasping and pushing to work the muscles that hold tension. It comes from the same tradition as acupuncture, but uses only the hands.

Is it the same as Tui Na?

Tui Na is the medical form of Chinese massage, practised by licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. We offer acupressure-style Chinese massage, not medical Tui Na. For Tui Na, acupuncture or cupping, see a licensed TCM clinic.

Is Chinese massage painful?

It is firm, and some points feel tender. It should never be sharp. Ask for lighter pressure at any time.

How is it different from Thai massage?

Both use pressure on points. Thai adds assisted stretching on a mat. Chinese massage is done on a table and focuses more on kneading and grasping the muscle.

How much is a Chinese massage in Dubai?

AED 400 for 60 minutes excluding VAT, AED 420 including it. 90 minutes is AED 550 and 120 minutes AED 680. Travel, table, linen and oil are included.

Why not AED 50?

Very cheap prices usually mean an unlicensed centre. Every one of our therapists is DHA-registered and insured, and comes to you.

Do you do cupping or acupuncture?

No. Those are licensed medical practices in Dubai. We offer massage only.

Do I need to undress?

No. It can be done through thin loose clothing. If you prefer light oil, you undress to your comfort level under a towel.

Can you come to my hotel?

Yes. We visit hotels across Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront and Palm Jumeirah. Share the hotel and room number when you book.

Can I book at night?

Yes. We are open 24 hours, every day, at the same price.
