Jenny trained in Bangkok and has six years of spa work behind her, most of it on hot stone and Balinese massage. She is the therapist to request when you want warmth and rhythm rather than pressure: a session that unwinds you slowly instead of working you over.
She is calm, unhurried and precise about temperature, which matters more with stones than most people realise.
How Jenny works
For a hot stone session, Jenny heats smooth basalt stones in a portable warmer while she sets up, then uses them in two ways: resting on the spine, palms and feet so the heat sinks into the muscle, and gliding in her hands as an extension of her strokes. Warm tissue lets go before pressure arrives, so the work feels deep without ever feeling hard.
Her Balinese massage is the other half of what she does: long strokes, gentle stretching, firm thumb work along the back and legs, and a slow, steady rhythm that most clients drift off to. She often combines the two in a 90-minute session, Balinese first, stones to finish.
What to expect in a session
Jenny arrives with the table, fresh linen, towels, oils and, for stone sessions, the stones and warmer. Setup takes ten to fifteen minutes because the stones need to reach temperature. She checks the heat on her own forearm before every stone touches you, and again on yours.
- 60 minutes: back, shoulders and legs with stones, or a full Balinese sequence without them.
- 90 minutes: her most requested length. Balinese for the first hour, stones for the last thirty minutes.
- 120 minutes: the full sequence without rushing, with extra time on the feet and scalp.
Who books Jenny
Cold-office backs. Air-conditioned offices leave the mid-back tight and cold. Heat is the fastest way in, and Jenny’s stone work is built for exactly that.
Anyone who cannot switch off. The warmth and the steady rhythm of a Balinese session do what firm pressure often cannot: they get a busy mind to stop.
People who find deep tissue too much. If strong pressure leaves you sore, Jenny gives you the release without the bruising.
