Dubai · Therapeutic massage at home

Therapeutic massage in Dubai: one problem, found and worked, at your home.

A therapeutic massage starts with what hurts, not with a routine. The therapist finds where the tension really sits in your back, neck, shoulders, hips or legs, then works that area with the technique it needs. We bring it to your apartment, hotel or villa in Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront or Palm Jumeirah. 60, 90 or 120 minutes, AED 400 excluding VAT.

It is massage with a goal. It is not physiotherapy, and we say where the line is.

What it is

What makes a massage therapeutic.

Most massages follow a sequence: back, legs, arms, neck. A therapeutic massage does not. It is built around one goal, such as a stiff lower back, a shoulder that will not settle, or tight hips after a training block.

Assessment. The therapist asks where it hurts, what makes it worse and how long it has been there. She presses along the area to find the spots that are tight or tender, and checks how far you can move.

Focused work. Then she uses whatever the problem needs. That might be slow deep tissue strokes, trigger point pressure held on one knot, stretching, or firm work across the muscle. Most of the session stays on the area that matters.

Feedback. She tells you what she found and how it responded. If something does not feel like a muscle problem, she says so.

Pressure is usually firm, but it is set to you. Good pressure can be strong. It should never be sharp.

Where the line is

Massage, not physiotherapy.

We are massage therapists. We work on muscles and soft tissue. That is a lot, but it is not everything.

What we do not do. We do not diagnose, treat injuries, manipulate joints or bill insurance. Some clinics in Dubai call this “medical massage” and work under a doctor or physiotherapist. We are not that.

When to see a doctor or physio first.

  • Pain that runs down an arm or a leg, numbness or tingling.
  • Pain after a fall, an accident or a sudden injury.
  • Pain at night that does not ease, or with fever or weight loss.
  • A diagnosed disc, joint or nerve problem. Book only with your physio’s OK.

When a massage is the right call. Muscle tension and stiffness from desk work, training, travel or stress. That is most of what people feel, and it responds well.

How the session runs

How the session runs.

01

02

She arrives in 20–30 minutes

Table, linen, towels and oil. Setup takes about ten minutes.

03

Five minutes of assessment

Questions, then pressing along the area to find the tight spots. She agrees the pressure with you.

Good to know

Therapeutic massage Dubai: your questions.

What is therapeutic massage?

Massage built around one goal, such as easing a stiff back or tight hips. The therapist assesses the area first, then uses the techniques it needs, rather than following a fixed routine.

How is it different from deep tissue?

Deep tissue is one technique: slow, firm pressure into deeper layers. A therapeutic massage may use deep tissue, but also trigger point work and stretching, chosen for your problem.

Is it the same as physiotherapy?

No. Physiotherapists diagnose and treat injuries. We are massage therapists working on muscle tension and stiffness. For an injury, see a physio first.

Is it painful?

It is firm and some spots feel tender. It should never be sharp. Ask for lighter at any time.

How many sessions do I need?

For everyday tension, one session often makes a clear difference. For a problem that keeps coming back, every two to four weeks keeps it manageable. We do not sell packages.

How much is a therapeutic massage in Dubai?

AED 400 for 60 minutes excluding VAT, AED 420 including it. 90 minutes is AED 550 and 120 minutes AED 680. Travel, table, linen and oil are included.

Can I claim it on insurance?

No. We do not bill insurance. Clinic massage prescribed by a doctor may be covered; check with your insurer.

Which therapist should I book?

Tell us the problem and we suggest one. Maria and Jasmine for deep tissue, Fayal for training recovery, Nene for stiffness and mobility.

Can you come to my hotel?

Yes. We visit hotels across Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront and Palm Jumeirah. Share the hotel and room number when you book.

Can I book at night?

Yes. We are open 24 hours, every day, at the same price.

Ready when you are

Tell us what hurts. We will bring the right hands.
