DUBAI MARINA · FULL BODY MASSAGE AT HOME · OPEN 24 HOURS

Full body massage in Dubai: head-to-toe work at your home or hotel.

A full body massage covers the whole body in one session rather than one problem area, and we bring it to your home or hotel room anywhere in Dubai. This is therapeutic massage only.

A therapist reaches you in 20 to 30 minutes with a professional table, fresh linen and oils. Sessions are 60, 90 or 120 minutes, from AED 400 excluding 5% VAT, and the rate is the same at 3am as at 3pm. The technique is your choice, and it does not change the price.

WHAT IT COVERS

What a full body massage actually covers.

Most sessions start with you face down. The therapist works the back from the lower back up through the shoulders and into the neck, then down each arm to the hand. The glutes are worked over the drape, then the backs of the legs, one at a time, down to the feet. You turn over about halfway through, and the fronts of the legs, the arms and the shoulders are worked again from that side. The session usually finishes at the scalp.

In order: back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, glutes over the drape, backs of the legs, feet — then the front of the body, finishing at the scalp.

A full body massage covers the whole body in one session; a localized massage covers one part of it — back only, head only, feet only — for the whole hour.

The order is not fixed. If the neck is the problem, say so at the start and the session gets weighted there. Head-to-toe coverage in 60 minutes works out at roughly six or seven minutes an area, so 90 and 120 minutes give the therapist longer on each area, not more areas.

Full body is a category, not a technique: the phrase describes how much of you is covered, not how the work is done.

CHOOSE YOUR TECHNIQUE

Seven techniques. One price, one length, the same head-to-toe sequence.

Every technique below is a full body massage in Dubai, delivered at your address. They cost the same, run for the same 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and cover the same head-to-toe sequence. What changes is the pressure, the pace, and whether oil is used at all.

  • Deep tissue

Choose this if one area has been tight for months and normal pressure has stopped reaching it.

Firm, slow, sustained pressure, a small area at a time. Fewer strokes than a Swedish hour and more time on each spot, so the session still covers the whole body but lingers where the muscle tension sits. Expect mild soreness for about a day afterwards, the dull kind that follows hard training. Deep tissue massage in Dubai →

  • Swedish

Choose this if nothing in particular hurts and you want the standard hour, done properly.

Long gliding strokes and kneading at a steady rhythm, light to medium pressure, head to toe. Booked for relaxation rather than a specific complaint. If you have never had a massage before, or you are booking for someone else, it is the safest one to pick. Swedish massage in Dubai →

  • Thai

Choose this if you would rather not undress or use oil, and you feel stiff rather than sore.

Worked on a mat on the floor, fully clothed, with no oil and no table. The therapist holds pressure along the body’s lines with palms, thumbs, forearms and feet, then moves you through assisted stretches and joint rotations. Slower and more static than an oil massage, with nothing to shower off afterwards. Thai massage in Dubai Marina →

  • Aromatherapy

Choose this if you are not sleeping — jet lag, a late landing, or a head that will not switch off at 1am.

Swedish strokes slowed down, with an essential oil blend mixed for you before the session starts. Pressure is light to medium; the pace does the work, not the depth. It suits a late booking and a week of accumulated stress. It is the wrong pick if you want a specific knot dealt with. Aromatherapy massage in Dubai →

  • Hot stone

Choose this if you want depth without heavy pressure, or you tense up the moment someone presses hard.

Smooth basalt stones held at around 50–55°C, placed along the back and glided over the larger muscles, alternating with the therapist’s hands. The heat raises circulation in the tissue and softens it first, so less force is needed to work into it. Useful if you have spent the week in air conditioning. Hot stone massage in Dubai →

  • Balinese

Choose this if you want firm work, but continuous — not 20 minutes spent on one shoulder.

Warm oil, long flowing strokes, and firm thumb and palm pressure along the length of the muscle, with some gentle stretching worked in. Medium to firm, and it keeps moving: a full circuit rather than a sequence of stops. Narra trained in Ubud. Balinese massage in Dubai →

  • Sports

Choose this if you train, and the tightness follows your programme rather than your desk.

Firm, region-specific work on the muscles you actually load, with assisted stretching included. Booked as a full body session it still runs head to toe, but most of the hour goes to the muscles your sport loads — calves, hamstrings, hips, the muscles either side of the lower spine, shoulders. Where you are in your training block changes the session. Sports massage in Dubai →

PRICE

Full body massage prices in Dubai. Three lengths, one rate.

Three prices. They cover all seven techniques above, in every area we serve, at every hour. A deep tissue hour costs what a hot stone hour costs, and the same is true of Swedish, Thai, aromatherapy, Balinese and sports. The only thing that moves the figure is how long you book for.

YOUR SESSION

How a session runs, from the message to the door.

01

You message us

WhatsApp, any hour. Tell us the area, the length you want and roughly when. We confirm the therapist and the arrival time in the same conversation. No deposit, and nothing is charged until the session is finished.

02

Arrival

The therapist leaves once the booking is confirmed and is with you inside half an hour, carrying a professional portable table, sealed fresh linen and oils. That is the whole kit — you provide nothing.

03

A short consultation

Two or three minutes, before anything is unpacked. What hurts — usually the neck, the lower back, or general muscle tension from a desk — what you want out of the hour, and anything you would rather was left alone. This is the part that decides how the time gets spent.

04

Setup

The table, linen and oils go up in about three minutes, in whichever room has the space — living room, bedroom or hotel room. It needs about two metres of clear floor. Setup is not counted against your treatment time.

05

The session

You are draped the whole way through, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. The therapist checks pressure in the first few minutes and it changes whenever you say so. You can leave out any area, or stop work on one after it has started.

06

Pack-down

The table folds down, the linen goes into a bag, and everything leaves with the therapist. Payment happens at the end — cash, card on a portable terminal, or bank transfer.

YOUR THERAPISTS

Who comes to you, and how the match is made.

Six therapists have full profiles on this site, and all six are women.

  • Maria — eight years in practice, trained in Moscow. English and Russian.
  • Nene — ten years, certified in the Wat Pho tradition in Bangkok. English and Thai.
  • Fayal — nine years, with a sports therapy background. English and Russian.
  • Candy — seven years, trained in French thalassotherapy spas. English and French.
  • Narra — six years, trained in Ubud, and separately certified in manual lymphatic drainage. English and Indonesian.
  • Emmy — six years, separately certified in prenatal and postnatal massage. English, Filipino and basic Arabic.

Every therapist we send holds a current Dubai Health Authority practitioner card. Ask on WhatsApp and we will send you the credentials for the therapist assigned to your booking, before you book, not after the session.

Same-gender matching is standard and automatic: female clients are matched with a female therapist, male clients with a male therapist. You do not need to request it, and it is confirmed before the booking is held. The male therapists who cover male bookings do not have profiles on the site yet — their DHA registration is the same, and we send the assigned therapist’s credentials on WhatsApp before you book. If you are a male client, gents massage in Dubai covers how those bookings are handled; if you are a female client, ladies massage in Dubai sets out how female bookings are handled.

You get the therapist’s name on WhatsApp with the confirmation, so you can look the profile up before they arrive. Full profiles are on our massage therapist in Dubai page.

DRAPING

What happens to the sheet, and what is never uncovered.

  • You are under a sheet for the whole session

Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again before the therapist moves on. When the therapist moves to a leg, the sheet is folded back from that leg alone and tucked before the work starts. The draping is the therapist’s job, not yours.

  • Two areas are never uncovered

No therapist uncovers or works the chest and breast area or the groin area. That is a fixed limit, not a preference, and it holds for every session, every technique and every therapist.

  • Two areas are optional

The abdomen and the glutes. The therapist asks before either one, and the glutes are worked over the drape rather than uncovered. You can decline at the start, or change your mind halfway through, and you do not have to give a reason. Work already started on an area can be stopped.

  • Undress to your own comfort

Most clients keep their underwear on. The draping works the same either way. You undress after the therapist has stepped out of the room, and you are under the sheet before they come back.

The therapist checks pressure in the first few minutes, while there is still time to change the rest of the session. After that you can change it at any point. If a stroke crosses from firm to painful, say so then rather than at the end — deep work should feel like work and never sharp. If you would rather not talk at all, say so at the start and the session runs in silence.

Thai massage is the exception. It is done fully clothed on a floor mat rather than on the table, so there is no draping and no oil — wear something loose you can stretch in.

Couples and prenatal bookings. Same hands, different setup.

TWO SPECIAL CASES

These two change who is in the room, or what qualifies you to book. They do not change what the therapist’s hands do.

Couples massage. Two therapists, two tables, one room, both sessions running at the same time. From AED 800 for 60 minutes. It depends on two therapists being free in the same hour, so give us more notice than you would for a single booking. Couples massage in Dubai →

Prenatal and postnatal massage. From the second trimester onward, worked side-lying with bolsters supporting the belly, hips and knees, and no abdominal pressure at any point. This booking has conditions the others do not — tell us your trimester and any complications when you message, so the right setup and oils arrive with the therapist. GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we get asked about full body massage in Dubai.

How much does a full body massage cost in Dubai?

AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 550 for 90 minutes and AED 680 for 120 minutes, excluding 5% VAT. With VAT added that is AED 420, AED 577.50 and AED 714. The same three prices cover every technique on this page.

Is a full body massage legal in Dubai?

Yes. A full body massage is legal in Dubai when it is given as a therapeutic treatment by a licensed therapist. Every therapist we send is registered with the Dubai Health Authority and holds a current practitioner card. The therapist drapes you throughout — you stay covered by a sheet for the whole session and only the area being worked is uncovered, the same standard used in any licensed spa in the city.

What parts of the body does a full body massage include?

Back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, glutes over the drape, legs, feet and scalp. Abdomen and glutes are optional — the therapist asks before either one, and you can decline at the start or change your mind partway through. The chest and breast area and the groin area are never uncovered or worked.

What will I be wearing?

Undress to your own comfort under the linen; most clients keep their underwear on. You undress after the therapist has stepped out of the room. Thai massage is the exception — it is done fully clothed, so wear something loose you can stretch in.

How long does a full body massage take?

60, 90 or 120 minutes. 60 minutes covers the whole body at a steady pace, or two or three areas in detail, but not both. 90 minutes is the usual choice for the full head-to-toe sequence without rushing it, and 120 minutes suits deeper work.

Do you offer a male therapist?

Yes. Male clients are matched with a male therapist as standard. You do not need to request it, and the match is confirmed before anyone travels. Female clients are matched with a female therapist the same way.

Do I need to provide a table, towels or oils?

No. The therapist brings a professional portable massage table, fresh linen and oils. You need about two metres of clear floor. Thai massage is worked on a mat, so no table is needed for it.

How soon can a therapist arrive?

20 to 30 minutes, the same in every area we cover — Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Media City and Al Sufouh. We are open 24 hours, every day. If you want a particular therapist, or a slot later in the day, book ahead.

Do you charge more late at night?

No. AED 400, 550 and 680 excluding VAT are the rates at 2am on a Friday and at 2pm on a Tuesday. No surge pricing, no area surcharge, and travel is included.

Can I ask the therapist to change the pressure or skip an area?

Yes, at any point. The therapist agrees pressure with you before starting and checks it again once working; say lighter or firmer and it changes immediately. You can leave out any area, and you can stop work on one after it has started.

Do you take a deposit, and how do I pay?

No deposit. Nothing is charged until the session is finished. You pay the therapist at the end, in cash, by card on a portable terminal, or by bank transfer.
